Hypertension

Hypertension also known as high blood pressure is a state of great psychological stress. It results from a complex interaction of genes and environmental factors. Hypertension is often referred to as “the silent killer”. Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to a heart attack, stroke and even death.
Risk factors: A number of risk factors increase the chances of having hypertension.

Autism is a developmental disorder  characterized by troubles with social interaction  and communication, and by restricted and repetitive behaviour. Parents usually notice signs in the first two or three years of their child's life.

National Science Day

National Science Day is celebrated in India on 28 February each year to mark the discovery of Raman effect by Indian Physicist Sir Chandrashekhara Venkata Raman on 28 February 1928
For his discovery, Sir C.V. Raman was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930.
Sir C.V Raman was the first Indian scientist to win Nobel Prize  in Physics for his work on the scattering of light and for the discovery of the Raman effect, which is named after him.

It is also known as Hansen’s disease,.The aim of World Leprosy Day is to change the attitude and increase public awareness of the fact that leprosy can now be easily prevented and cured.
 The date for World Leprosy Day was chosen to coincide with the anniversary of Indian freedom fighter, Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination on January 30, 1948.
